• Pre-production inspection: Check the crucible temperature, gooseneck smoothness, and nozzle integrity; confirm the hydraulic system oil level, cooling water circulation, and safety protection devices are normal; remove residual alloy slag and debris from the machine surface and mold cavity.

• Parameter debugging: Preheat the mold to the process-specified temperature, adjust injection pressure, holding pressure, and cycle time according to product specifications; avoid overheating or insufficient temperature which causes blistering, deformation, or incomplete filling of castings.

• Production operation: Conduct no-load test runs of mold opening, closing, and ejection before formal production; keep the alloy liquid level stable during continuous operation, and regularly clean nozzle blockages to prevent material leakage and splash.

• Post-production finishing: Stop feeding first, continue idle operation for 5-10 minutes to cool down the injection system; clean residual alloy in the gooseneck and nozzle, turn off the heating system after temperature drops, and keep the machine environment clean and dry.

2.Cold Chamber Die Casting Machine Standard Operation

Cold chamber die casting machine is suitable for high-melting-point alloys such as aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, and copper alloy. It adopts separate melting and injection design, with higher equipment load and stricter operation requirements.

• Pre-production preparation: Inspect the shot sleeve, plunger tip, and injection rod for wear and deformation; check the lubrication system, cooling water pipeline, and hydraulic circuit for leakage; test mold clamping and ejection flexibility to ensure no jamming.

• Feeding and injection specifications: Manually quantitatively pour molten alloy into the shot sleeve, strictly control feeding volume to avoid overflow or insufficient material; adjust injection speed and pressure in stages to ensure uniform filling of the mold cavity and reduce casting porosity and shrinkage defects.

• Real-time monitoring during production: Keep an eye on hydraulic oil temperature (the long-term working temperature should not exceed 55°C) and cooling water flow; stop the machine immediately for inspection if abnormal noise, vibration, or oil leakage occurs.

• Post-production cleaning: Thoroughly clean residual alloy and oxide scale in the shot sleeve and mold cavity; lubricate the guide rails, tie bars, and transmission parts; close the mold tightly to prevent dust and moisture erosion.
